Something About Element in Lineage2

Our point is you are not going to have the same output as someone with 150 - 300+ holy element. Of course you are going to do inferior damage with an opposite element. Why would anybody waste time on a monster and deal less damage when you could be capitalizing on other monsters in which you would be doing 70% more damage (Lineage2 Gold)to. Hellbound was only an example. We are mainly refering to the other areas like GC, DoE, CoD, Stakato's Nest and Mithril Mines.

The thing is we are not sure there would be a damage increase. We have had our attribute all the way to 380. Power enchanted surrender and there is simply no damage increase. When you are nuking things for 400 attribute, and using skills for about 390+ depending on attribute enchant level(Lineage2 powerleveling), you would expect a significant increase over 300, if the mob has subtantial attribute defense like 100 against dark, nothing against holy and so on.

Even though we will never know for sure if every mob is the same, we do not think mobs have more than 20 base resist, with 0 to attributes they are weak to and double the 'base' resist to what they are strong against. That's what we have observed so far. Of course not every mob is the same and some may indeed have really skewed resists, and also most classes in Lineage2 can not really get that high over 150/300, so you are right.
